RoboMiner is an online programming game. The goal is to improve a mining robot so it gathers ore as efficiently as possible.
You can improve efficiency by upgrading equipment, improving your program, choosing better mining areas, and keeping robots out of idle time.
This tutorial walks through the first steps in that order.
Step 1: Keep your robot busy
An idle robot is not very useful. Open the mining queue and click Add to queue for your robot. The run status changes to Mining and a countdown timer starts.
When the timer reaches zero, add another run with Add to queue. Mining continues while you browse other pages, log out, or close your browser.
Each completed run adds ore to your wallet for later upgrades.
